Published prices for AI intake and answering platforms range from $99 a month to $9,250 a month, depending on scope. SalesBridge Core is $397 a month and Pro is $797 a month, both published prices covering a combined marketing and intake system.

By Chris Kaneshiro, who spent 17+ years operating inside a Washington law firm before founding Brand75. More about Chris.

SalesBridge, Brand75's AI intake and marketing system for law firms, costs $397 a month for Core and $797 a month for Pro, both published, no demo required. Other AI intake and answering platforms for law firms publish prices anywhere from $99 a month to more than $9,250 a month, a range so wide it obscures more than it reveals unless you know what each price actually covers. Each price buys a different scope of work: call answering only, general intake software, a full legal marketing platform, or an operated system that runs marketing and intake together.

How Brand75 operates AI systems for law firms is the one-system version of that list: intake and marketing together, not a piece of one.

We pulled these numbers directly from each vendor's own published pricing page this July, so this isn't a vendor comparing itself favorably. It's four real prices, side by side, with what each one actually buys.

How much does AI intake cost for a law firm?

Published prices for AI intake and answering platforms range from $99 a month to $9,250 a month, and SalesBridge sits at $397 a month for Core and $797 a month for Pro. The number alone isn't the useful part. What matters is that a $99 tool, a $2,100 answering service, and a $9,250 marketing platform are not competing for the same job, so comparing the raw numbers without the scope behind them is how firms researching AI receptionist cost for a law firm end up making the wrong call.

Why does one vendor still hide its price?

Three of the four vendors compared here, Smith.ai, FirmPilot, and Perspective AI, publish exact numbers on their own pricing pages. CaseGen doesn't. Its site has no pricing page and no dollar figure anywhere on the homepage, as of this July. The only path forward there is booking a call with its founders.

That's worth noting because it's the exception in this comparison, not the rule. The bigger problem for a firm shopping across these four names isn't hidden pricing. It's that the four published numbers don't measure the same thing, which makes them easy to misread even when they're sitting right there on the page.

What SalesBridge actually costs

Two published tiers:

  • SalesBridge Core, $397/mo. The base system: AI-driven intake and follow-up built to stop calls and leads from falling through the cracks.
  • SalesBridge Pro, $797/mo. The fuller version of the same system, built for firms running higher call volume or wanting the marketing and intake pieces working together at full scope.

Neither price requires a demo to see. If you want the exact feature breakdown for your firm's size and call volume, that's a conversation worth having, but the starting numbers aren't the part you should have to ask for. SalesBridge sits inside Brand75's AI consulting services, so intake isn't bolted onto a separate marketing vendor. It's the same system.

Why a price range this wide doesn't mean what it looks like

Ninety-nine dollars a month buys Perspective AI's entry tier, general-purpose conversational intake software with no law-firm-specific features. $300 to $2,100 a month buys Smith.ai's answering tiers, priced by call volume, thirty calls, then ninety, then three hundred a month, with nothing about marketing or follow-up built in. $4,250 to $9,250 a month buys FirmPilot's broader legal growth platform, a different category of spend entirely from a phone-answering tool.

None of those four numbers can be stacked on a chart and mean anything on their own, because none of them are buying the same scope of work. A firm comparing prices without comparing scope is the reason this question stays hard to answer with a single number.

A few factors legitimately move the price within any one category:

  • Call and lead volume. Smith.ai's own tiers scale directly with this, thirty calls a month costs less than three hundred.
  • How many practice areas the system covers. Routing and follow-up logic gets more complex with each additional practice area a firm handles.
  • Whether marketing is included or handled separately. This is the real dividing line in the four prices above. Answering-only and narrow intake tools price lower. A system that also runs the marketing generating the calls, like SalesBridge or FirmPilot, prices around the full scope of work, not just the phone.
  • Integration depth. Connecting to a firm's existing case management software, calendar, and CRM takes more setup than a system that runs standalone.

What does a missed call actually cost a law firm?

Here's the math worth running before deciding whether $397 or $797 a month is expensive or cheap.

Clio's Legal Trends Report found that only 40 to 44% of firms answer their own calls. The same report found that 62% of callers hire whichever firm calls them back first. Every missed call carries real odds of turning into a competitor's new client, not because the firm did anything wrong, but because nobody picked up in time.

Take a hypothetical firm fielding 300 inbound calls a month, a reasonable volume for a busy family law or personal injury practice. At a 40% miss rate, that's 120 calls nobody answers. Clio's finding on first-responder advantage means a meaningful share of those 120 callers go on to hire whichever firm gets back to them first, and that firm is often not the one that missed the call.

That's the number to weigh against $397 or $797 a month, not in the abstract, but against your own numbers. Pull your own call volume and your own miss rate if you track it. Multiply the gap by what a single new client is worth to your practice area. Compare that number to the SalesBridge price. For most firms evaluating AI intake, that comparison is the whole decision, not a hunch about whether AI tools are "worth it" in general.

Vendor pricing, side by side

Firms researching AI receptionist cost for a law firm usually end up comparing the same handful of names. Here's each one's published price and what it actually covers, per each vendor's own pricing page, July 2026.

Is SalesBridge a phone-answering tool or something bigger?

Bigger. Answering services and AI receptionists solve one piece: someone, or something, picks up the phone. SalesBridge connects that first touch to what happens next, follow-up, tracking, and the marketing side that got the caller there in the first place. A phone that gets answered but not followed up on only solves half the problem.

How do I know if AI intake is worth it for my firm?

Run your own version of the math above. If your firm already answers every call and has a tight follow-up process, the case for adding a system is weaker. But if calls go to voicemail during busy hours, after hours, or during trial weeks, and you don't have a firm handle on how many of those callers you're losing, that's the gap SalesBridge is built to close. There's no universal timeline for return, because it depends on your case value and your current miss rate, not on the software.

This post covers the cost side of the picture. For why AI marketing and AI intake work better as one system, and for how law firms get recommended by ChatGPT, the rest of this series covers the marketing and visibility side.

FAQ

How much does AI intake cost for a law firm?

Published prices for AI intake and answering platforms range from $99 a month to $9,250 a month, depending on scope. SalesBridge Core is $397 a month and Pro is $797 a month, both published prices covering a combined marketing and intake system.

Why do published prices for AI intake tools vary so much?

Because the four price points compared here aren't buying the same thing. $99 buys general-purpose intake software, $300 to $2,100 buys call answering priced by volume, and $4,250 to $9,250 buys a full legal marketing platform. Only CaseGen keeps its price off its site entirely.

What does a missed call actually cost a law firm?

There's no fixed dollar figure, but Clio's Legal Trends Report found firms miss 40 to 44% of their calls, and 62% of callers hire whichever firm responds first. Multiply your own missed-call count by your average case value to see what the gap is actually costing your firm.

Is SalesBridge a phone-answering tool or something bigger?

Bigger. It connects intake to follow-up and marketing as one system, rather than only answering the phone the way a standalone answering service does.

How do I know if AI intake is worth it for my firm?

Compare your own missed-call volume and average case value against the $397 or $797 monthly cost. Firms with a tight in-house answering process get less lift than firms losing calls during busy hours, after hours, or trial weeks.
